From this
And if I could reminisce on a kiss when sunlight dismissed sadness
I’d remember right now
Its flabbergasting that clouds are the perfect muse for poetry
But lately I’ve wanted to write love poems
Happy drug poems
And even a song
So, I listened in to gratitude
Loving moments when the clouds moved
And doves cooed
A butterfly venturing into the cocoon knowing
Wings are coming
Flight to greater heights and sprites that dance at night
Happiness on a shelfs height
Taken down for the menu tonight.
I’ve decided to dance wildly between puddles, holding my skirt gallantly while flurrying footsteps lead
To a grove I hold within,
to seed and flourish…
Forever
